Archiving creates a preservation pack with every retained version, the folder structure, Q&A, discussions, audit history, and checksums. Room Managers and organization admins can download it for 30 days; after that it is deleted unless a legal hold applies.

No. Every room includes unlimited external participants. Access is controlled by role and by folder or file, not by seat pricing.
Draft preparation is free for up to 60 days. A room is active and billable while it is open or paused; archived rooms are not charged as active rooms.
